Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard shipping: FREE on orders over $49.00, otherwise $6.95. Arrives in 2-5 business days. Ships via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
2nd Day Express: $8.95. Arrives in 2-3 business days. Not available for PO Boxes.

Orders to PO Boxes, HI, PR, AK, APO and FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our US fulfillment center, usually within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Fragrance shipping restrictions

Perfumes are classified as flammable liquids and ship by ground or approved methods only, as required by carrier regulations.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at help@royalperfumes.us. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier with your tracking number and let us know so we can help.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned or refused packages, unless the error was ours.
