Refund policy

30-day returns

All orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and gift wrap charges.

We understand you may need to open a fragrance before deciding if you like it. As long as the item has not been used in excess, you will receive a full refund. Items that have been used in excess are subject to a partial refund.

How to return an item

1. Email us at help@royalperfumes.us with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. Send the product back in its original packaging to our returns center:

Within the US we can provide a prepaid return label. A $6.95 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for label usage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. You can expect it within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned or refused packages, unless the error was ours.

Damaged items

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at help@royalperfumes.us so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us, and a replacement will be sent to you.

Cancellations

To ship your order as fast as possible, our systems are automated and orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
